Sheesh! We get a couple of inches of snow, and the rainy Pacific Northwest freaks out. People were crowding the supermarkets like they just heard the zombies are coming...

Anyway, tried to make a Moscow Mule using Green Apple vodka.

It's got a kick, but it's just not the same...

Hope you didn't have too rough a week. I was in Wisconsin. Froze my ass off. Got soaked in the rain the next day. Froze my ass off today. Got back to Indiana this afternoon to a balmy 20°. And I'll tell ya, it felt fucking balmy!

I wasn't overwhelmed by numbers of patients. It was the complexity of the problems I had to fix that was exhausting...

I'm ready to spend a snowed-in weekend doing as little as possible...

I had a nice long nap this evening so I'm ready to get rolling. I think that I start with some shots of 99 Schnapps --my choices are cinnamon and grape.

33. I'm staying busy.

I should be drawing some extra income for being a doorman and masseur. The cat can't decide whether she wants in or out so I have to pay attention to her scratching when she wants back inside. She also gets hyperactive between 4 and 6 in the morning so I'll be on belly rub duty later.

I'm currently injury free at this time, but the nerve pain issues from being a diabetic are always there. The only questions are what body part will be feeling weird and how long will it last.

The relationship with my brother is okay for the moment, but there are too many uncertainties in the future to feel comfortable.

Just a small one so I can fall asleep. The wind is howling and the snow is coming down outside...the wind is unnerving to me. I am grateful to have a warm comfortable home and a dog snoring beside me.

Vodka and I had a little squabble last weekend, so I had to cut back.

I wanted to give you hearts but I couldn't find any to buy?

Over here in north central Washington - east slopes of the Cascades - it's cold and snowing but not amounting to much yet. Too bad I cancelled attending a friends 70th. 😔 It's a drive out of the mountains to town for her party. Hard to get much traction in my social life living way out here. Glad I've got DU!
