its last two opponents. As they advanced through the brackets, eventually they would face a tougher opponent, that happened today.

one from the SEC - Auburn
One from the Big 12 - Texas Tech
One from the Big 10 - MSU and
one from the ACC - Virginia.

Should be some good ball to watch.

My Hawkeyes have a shot t the Women's final 4 tomorrow against Baylor.

Duke got by its previous two opponents when last second shots skipped off the rim, so for them to lose by one measly point was a bit of justice from the basketball gods.

But let me say this: I went over to ESPN and apparently Stephen A. Smith, resident curmudgeon, has called Duke's season a failure because of this loss. No. Just no, SAS. There's a clip of his comments on the ESPN front page.
