Having generally eschewed most 80s pop music, I have a shocking confession to make.

The two solos featured in A Flock of Seagull's "I Ran (So Far Away)" are damn good music. Damn good.

I never thought I would find myself saying that.


That's at 2:07 and 3:26, respectively.

in the 80s I hated 80s pop. I love it now.

I wish I had been less pig-headed then - probably had many opportunties to see them live.
