Interesting life, from what we know. I feel like i kind of moved in with her for the time I wrote those essays. I was gaga by the time I finished that Master's Thesis...

named David Tibet, who incorporates her poetry as lyrics in some of the songs by his band Current93. They are absolutely breathtaking lyrics.

In this example a very long passage is performed in spoken-word style over a gradually-swelling background. Fair warning, the vocal style is pretty unique, because Tibet is utterly and completely insane. This is not normal music.

The von Bingen lyrics start at about 45 seconds after a bit of Peter Weiss dialogue from the experimental play Marat/Sade.
