Anyone watch America's Got Talent and see that guy touch a doll and the judge felt it?

It was so spooky. Either she could see through her blindfold or something freaky just went on. She was told to raise her hand when she felt him touching her and he never touched her.....he just touched a doll!!! And everytime he did she raised her hand.
