On the one hand, I never want to fly again because it's all way too complicated and just can't possibly work.
On the other hand, I'm reassured about flying because these things show how some talented people figured out how to make all this too-complicated stuff work...

I dated an airline pilot and he used to have me read flashcard questions in preparation for review / simulator stuff.....the questions were sooooo complicated and then he would reel off long, complicated answers almost identical to the answers on the cards....amazing
