Saw a sign yesterday..

PUBLIC PARK

No Loitering

Isn't that sort of what people do in a park? Doesn't that give the police carte blanche to arrest some without any real crime being committed? I understand that they don't want people hanging out to solicit jobs or dealing drugs but isn't this kind of a blanket sign to allow police to arrest anyone they want?

and rented to plantations as labor......basically they became slaves again.
