I could post where I neighbor has made way for their HUGE Mango tree out front. City has even sacrificed sidewalk as well. I'll see if her Instagram has photo. Hubbie did a great job!
Found it!
Bit of trivia-Neighbor Kate told this Mango tree one of the oldest in Saint Petersburg, FL, City has dated it well over 500 years old. Shear size of it, I believe it!

Although, don't know about the health of the tree in the second photo. What do you do if the tree dies, and you've already built your house around it?
The log home I had in Cincinnati had a back deck that was built around two big oak trees. Really nice, although the longer we were there, we'd have to enlarge the holes around the trees as they grew.
