The people of El Paso and Dayton should come up with a way to prevent the pResident from visiting. Block the airport runways or something.
None violent protest that blocks the unwanted visits.

1. Communities can resist. It goes like this...

1. Announce that state, county and local police cannot provide protection.

2. Work with the airports nearby to refuse landing rights for Air Farce One.

3. Require that he provide ten years of tax returns first

4. He must sign an agreement accepting personal responsibility for the increase in violence that will occur because of his visit. That will include a personal deposit of several million dollars.
