As defined by

Believe that if you write with a big black marker no one will notice what an idiot you are

I did tack on a couple of terms to distinguish our undistinguished peeResident from a few other potential candidates.

It is well known that Adderall(amphetamines) and huffing the fumes from markers (isopropanol, xylene) can cause delusional effects. Unfortunately the areas of the frontal cortex that are affected stop developing and repairing after the age of about 15. Long-term use of these products can also affect the hippocampus (short-term memory) as well as other areas of the brain involved in cognition, speech, proprioception, and motor movements.
