Now this is an interesting email scam

They had me until I noticed the grammatical errors. Then I got to the part about garnishing my wages. LOL

Congratulations to Secret Shopper

You have been selected for assignment to be a 'Secret.Shopper' in your area.
You will get $ 200 has been a Secret.Shopper.
Employment packet will include Funds for your shopping and Your full job
description will be sent to you prior in your assignment.

Payment Check / Money order will be in a Certain Amount That you will be
asked to cash your Bank, garnish your wages and have the rest used
for evaluation.

It seems like a lot of work but then there are a lot of desperate people out there and it cost nothing to send 1,000s of emails.

6. Reminds me of that envelope stuffing scam

They ran ads in the want ad section of the newspaper promising big money for stuffing envelopes. I had a friend in college who answered an ad. She sent them money and they sent her a letter telling her to run an ad in the newspaper, promising big money for stuffing envelopes.
