Regarding colonizing Mars

or having an outpost there by 2025. My 12yo son said does that mean we're going to send all the Republicans there. After all, Mars is the Red Planet. That way us Dems can keep and care for the Earth, which is the Blue Planet.

I had to smile to myself, and we all need something to smile about this morning!

It's cold (really cold), the atmosphere is 95% CO2, almost no methane (no cow farts), it only has a third of Earth's gravity, and it doesn't have magnetic poles but it does have nasty-ass dust storms. That sounds very much like their side of Congress.
