Hmmm ... Smithsonian Magazine calls this Otodus megalodon but Wikipedia says Carcharocles megalodon ... I know there's been some taxonomic revision lately, but which of the two is out of date ?

..... its hanging in an atrium over the cafeteria area. I thought it was more of an imaginative feature than a exact reproduction.

But it's the Smithsonian, not Disney, so it should be both.
