The plaza in front of Sacre Coeur and the streets leading up to it are one of my favorite parts of Paris. Had such a fabulous day watching balloon dancers in the square then ate at a great restaurant near there with the restaurant across the street having a live band playing Hendrix. It was just so special. everything - the food, the music, the passersby. It's such a great place to hang out for hours and hours.
