Note: I haven't seen the new Star Wars TV series and have no idea what it's about.

With that being said, I did hear that Amy Sedaris apparently did some sort of guest spot on it, and, well, being a huge fan of Strangers with Candy and what-not...

I'm only a mild fan of Star Wars....I've seen most of the movies and liked them well enough, but I'm not super obsessed like some folks.

Not a Disney fanatic and have no any interest in giving Disney money monthly just for a single show, so I suppose I'll stay in the dark about what The Mandalorian is about for the time being.

That said, very well written and acted, and the SFX do not overwhelm the story.
