Do not mix Vicks Vapo Rub and BioFreeze on your chest and neck. Bad things happen. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up for the cold and flu season.

Also, do not take DayQuil and NyQuil at the same time or you could end up like this...

3. A tiny bit. I went to work yesterday and they sent me home because my cough was so

bad. My manager said he thought that I should really be home taking care of myself, so I went home just before lunch time.

I think I am kind of on the upswing, but I will go through periods of calm and then will have violent coughing fits. I may work from home another day and if it doesn't improve will go to our on-site health clinic just to make sure it's nothing more than the common cold. Thank you for your kind concern!
