Hehe.
In case you are wondering Boxing Day was traditionally a day off for servants, and the day when they received a special Christmas box from their masters. The servants would also go home on Boxing Day to give Christmas boxes to their families. Sometimes coming from a class based society pays off!!!

Boxing Day is celebrated by my childs paternal family here in the USA. His grandmother was a British WWII war bride. His aunt was born in England, and his cousin is married to a British (from Northern England) guy. Plus, its my childs birthday!
Today is when we all get together as a family to share a delicious lunch, exchange presents, and celebrate my childs birthday. His Aunt makes her mothers recipe for mince meat pies. Well probably have Yorkshire pudding too.
