Today's Snapple Cap Trivia

Time to play "What's That Stupid Nonsense On The Inside Of My Snapple Cap"

Snapple puts all kinds of bits of trivia on the inside of the bottle caps. I've been kind of addicted to Snapple peach iced to for years, and at this point know more stupid trivia thanks to the caps. I have to admit though that I look forward to opening a new bottle and reading some new bit of stupid trivia. Actually, some of it is pretty interesting though.

So here's a couple of today's Snapple cap bits of stupid trivia...

1) Tug of war was an Olympic sport in the early 1900's.

2) The peach was the first fruit to be eaten on the moon.

I tell ya, I just don't know how I've managed to survive all these years without knowing this. I'm so relieved that Snapple enlightened me.

And yes, there were several more caps from today since I practically live on this iced tea and drink it all day long, but those caps are in the trash, and I'm not going to dig them out. The kitchen garbage can frightens me.
