One of my sisters-in-law lives alone, in New York of all places, ground zero.
My wife just announced that we're going to have Easter Dinner with her on Zoom.
She's going to make the same thing we make, we'll set the computer at the end of the table and eat by zoom.
Strange world; a memorable one too.

We have been more worried about my other sister-in-law who had Covid-19 but has recovered. (Whew!) She, however, was not alone. She has two teenaged kids, a boyfriend who loves her, and an ex-husband next door with whom she still remains on good terms.
Overall, we're luckier than most.

(22,250 posts)this week. We are including the person who was scheduled to speak to the class and it will be just like we were at church except we will all be at home in our yoga clothes, with our dogs and cats.
Then Wednesday we will have a Happy Hour. Two couples have found an app that will allow them to play bridge together.
Last week I would have been the Snack provider had we been together in person, so I printed up a picture of a streusel muffin and shared it with the class.
