5. I can recall frequent debates among my folks....

between percolators and drip-o-lators. I don't recall anyone owning an electric percolator until well up into the 60s.

Those were good old days that first got me hooked on that fresh-brewed coffee aroma in the morning....

7. Yep, we had the stove-top kind.

 

The electric ones were fancy.

Mom always used Folgers.
