Just found out that, out of our thirty clinics, my clinic is in the top five

for patient satisfaction.

The manager of my clinic simply wanted to know why we weren't in the top three. (Some people are never satisfied...)

Anyway, I told my team that we got into the top five by not caring if we were in the top five, and just giving our patients good medical care.

It's important to remember that patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes are different measures of effectiveness, although on a Venn diagram, there would be a lot of overlap.
