I just got a glimmer of hope.

I was reading my Facebook feed (yes, I'm still on Facebook, fuck Mark Zuckerberg)when a friend's friend posted that she no longer supported trump and she is disgusted that she ever did.

She cites his handling if the covid virus and the BLM protests as reasons. She also said that she originally supported him because he was a maverick, a Washington outsider. Said she thought his campaign rhetoric was just to rally the base and that his governing style would be different.

She also says arguing with his die hard supporters is worthless and that it just makes their resolve to support him stronger. The answer she says, is to get out the vote for Biden.

So, there's my glimmer of hope for the day.
