Hey Grandpa, what's for supper?

The weekend has come, so it's time to fire up the flattop.

Filet mignon (bought on sale) seared then cooked just right. Au gratin potatoes and cheesy asparagus (with an unhealthy amount of bacon).

Yum, yum.

Never been particularly fond of 'possum myself. Seems a tad greasy. I'll stick with the filet.

We eat healthier during the work week but on the weekends, I cook what I like on the flat top.
