When Dad is stuck babysitting: (Original Post)

(21,719 posts)1. A friend of mine was babysitting his four grandsons.
They went into the family room to play and he settled into his recliner in the living room, watching TV.
He was impressed with how quiet and well behaved they were.
He was just on the verge of dozing off when he heard one of them say "Hold his head still!"
That woke him in a hurry. He jumped up and ran into the family room, and when he went in they were all facing him and looking very innocent.
He never did figure out what was going on, but he said nothing good could ever come after that phrase.

C'mon Dad, get up and play with them! It's not like you have a job or anything!
