I feel blessed
The yard company came over today. I was going to pay them, but my dear son-in-law not only made the arrangments, he paid them for me.
After the yard crew was gone, I went out in the yard to put some feed out so the critters would come back to their transformed landscape. My neighbor stopped by. She had made me a Christmas ornament. Very cute, Scrabble tiles spelling my name, glued onto a piece of ribbon, with a little bow on top. While we social-distance chatted, 2 other neighbors I know drove by and waved. One of them stopped to say hi and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving.
And when I went to get the mail, there was a card from the contractor I hired a few years ago to do work. He and his wife relocated. They were such a nice young couple and I was thinking about them this week.
I just felt like the universe sent me a lot of love today and I appreciate it.
