Anyone have experience with Go Trax electric scooters? Having problem

It’s a GXL G2 - I think that’s right.

Okay this should be super easy and that’s why it’s so frustrating. I had the hand brake working. Fully charged. Turns on. Headlight comes on. Display comes on but it won’t show gear 1 or 2.

It doesn’t go. Do I need to get it going to a certain speed before the throttle kicks in? Do I need to have two feet on it?

Ugh. This is driving me crazy. Gift for my wife.

Their customer service did get back to me on the brake but it was mostly a - just send it back and we’ll send you another one. As you might guess I’m not very mechanical. I have it I the garage and can’t really take it out for a spin without my wife seeing it.
