Kind of hoping to get opportunity to pillage the pecan today. I’m willing to risk my wife’s wrath.

These are the best but get stale fast so I make them Xmas Eve to share. Plus one more batch of chocolate chip. I give half my baking to my very busy daughter.

Orange chocolate cheesecake,or a mango raspberry cheese cake both will. Be sweetened with a mix of swerve and stevia, and have nut crusts.

I would be using extracts to flavor it.
Don't want to put fruit in it because of carbs.
I want it completely diabetic freindly.

The chocolate would be real chocolate melted sweetened with swerve and stevia. Covering and hardening over the cheesecake.

The last flavor option might be chocolate cherry with coco nibs .

The dough is in the fridge. The gingerbread I roll and cut out trees and decorate with sprinkles before baking. The peppermint pinwheels are slice and bake.

...cookies in the shapes of tiny Christmas trees and little wreaths. About 12 dozen. They’re pretty small- I take small bites and take about 4 per cookie, whereas my husband takes 2 bites to finish one. Gave quite at least5 dozen to neighbors and our younger son’s girlfriend’s family.

My husband has quite the sweet tooth, so the rest will begone in no time. I put them in “his and hers” Ziploc containers so I’m sure I get some for

WhenI was a kid, we would go to Hutchinson, a small town in Minnesota once each summer for a family reunion on my mother’s side of the family. She grew up there. She would keep a big batch of Spritz cookies and put them in a large glass apothecary jar that my grandfather had used in his dental office. I have that jar, and it is one of my most treasured heirlooms.
