Here, I buy the Sunday Sheboygan Press.
I get the Plymouth Beacon every other Wednesday.
(Free local paper, it's mostly local ads. A few articles.)
Shoreline Chronicle on Wednesdays.
(Same)
The Sun
(Likewise.)
Saturdays the Sheboygan Press has free edition, two pages of articles from the week before, the remaining 2-3 pages are ads.

I read the Spokesman-Review (Spokane, WA) once a week, and the Coeur d'Alene Press (Coeur d'Alene, ID) six days a week.
I read the CDA Press before anyone else does, because I print it.

(19,833 posts)I'm down from subscribing to 2 papers (Trib & Daily Herald) a day, 7 days a week as recently as 4 years ago.
And before anyone says it, I know the Trib is conservative but it's old school conservative and if you can get past the op-eds, the reporting is absolutely top-notch.

(2,149 posts)It is old-time conservative, as another poster advised, but the reporting is excellent. Recent story exposed the danger of fire-retardant chemicals on clothing, furniture, etc. which caused the FDA to take action.

(53,339 posts)I probably should have quit long ago, as I get most of my news online now. And if I quit the Times, I can have the local paper delivered at a lower cost. It's a conservative publication, but the editor is a friend and it would be nice to get the local news and info that I'm missing now.
