I Love the Faeries and how they are coming into play
I Love the hookup with you know who and you know whom
I even Liked the Terry storyline. I think he does better without Arlene.
This was a great episode! New favorite vampire - Roman!! (Christopher Meloni)

(10,952 posts)I liked last season's witch storyline but I am not crazy about this season.
I have never liked the TV version of Pamela. She is portrayed as a weak, whiny vampire who falls apart if her relationship with Eric isn't perfect. In the books, she and Eric operate as a true team with Pamela as his second in command and Pamela is a lot more self confident. She and Sookie actually become friends.
Although they show Sookie using more of her fairy abilities she has become a total whiny wimp unless she gets pissed off enough to tap into her inner fairy. I am finding her annoying.
And I have not been a fan of the fairy story lines in the TV show. In the books, over time you see that there is both the good faction and the bad faction. It seems like the TV show wants to take the fairy story line more into the dark side. The fairy and other supernatural story line in the books is so much better in the books and it unfolded over several books.
It is interesting for the show to show some of Terry's war background to understand why Terry is so messed up (particularly so in the books) but Arlene is annoying and really needs to go.
