What's the best way to cook Bluefin Tuna?

My bro is bringing some he just caught off the coast of Mexico. And he's bringing a bunch over tomorrow.

I ate it at Benihana's Japanese Restaurant in Miami. The guy I was with ordered it. I was a bit reluctant to try it, but it was very good.
