I turn 65 today and I got round 1 of the COVID-19 vaccine this morning.

Next on the docket, completion of forms for Medicare.

The older you get, the more legal you get.

5. I love my Medicare.

I had the best insurance from work, but almost always denied and had to beg to be covered. Never happens with MC.

10. Actually, my niece got it for me. . .

My nephew is a doctor and his wife is a pharmacist who knows her way through the maze on these things. she's gotten appointments for her parents and relatives in NJ and CA

She went through the CVS/Walgreens networks; they are only giving the shots to people 65 and older right now in my state.

I was going to start hunting for that appointment for myself after today, but they beat me to it.
