My dog law office is open this morning my clients fourth amendment was violated

It appears my client Duncan pup was in my wife’s home office this morning. My wife known as the lady by my client who says NO all the time. He found soy sauce packets from the Chinese we ordered yesterday in my wife’s trash can grabbed the packets and tried to haul furry ass. The lady grabbed pup and proceeded to search my client.

I wear many hats husband father grandfather teamster and infantry vet semi pro collector of furry lunatics. Yet dog law I find most satisfying in practicing it doesn’t pay shit and I only have two full time clients boog the chocolate lab and Duncan the golden retriever pup.

I’m pushing it in my representation we were in 2 A territory the other day. In did boog and Duncan have the right to be playing and bearing my wife’s bra. I argued it was a open carry issue or tug of war.

the verdict must always be 'Not Guilty and, in fact, 'MOST INNOCENT.'

Wife was throwing chlorine tablets into the pool.
Dogs got excited, wanted to catch them in mid air.
Some consideration as to whether they should jump in and retrieve.
But then remembered water is wet.

Much excitement and running around. Much annoyance from the wife. Me picking up the cat so he wouldn't get trampled.

Wife got seriously angry, much swearing, telling off, threats of withholding dog treats and non supply of food at looming doggie tea time.

Can they sue for not understanding the True Nature of Dogs, cruel and unusual punishment, and infringement of their rights to get excited and attempted retrieval of thrown objects?

Please advise!

You give them the talk, and then one of them forgets the routine and wags his tail. Now he's in trouble for wagging his tail while being yelled at. I'm sorry to say you have a pair of rotten dogs.
