I really like Midsomer Murders

I am binge-watching the series again. It is an idealized show, even with bloody murders. I watched an episode today which touches on Tom Barnaby's previous career in MI5. I thought if someone wrote scripts with Tom as a young man, say in the 60 and 70s, employed in British Intelligence, it might be a cool series. Endeavor worked well as a prequel to Morse.

3. I Also Bing Watched Midsomer Murders Again Recently - Every Episode I Could Find

I love all the British mysteries and crime shows. I always subscribe to either BritBox or Acorn TV so I can get my fill of UK TV. YouTube has many of them too that you can watch commercial free for a $10 monthly subscription.

4. A show set in a little town in England that's more dangerous than Fallujah.

People drop like flies, and it's always for some bizarre motive. It's a fun series.

13. I saw a joke about Murder She Wrote

That Cabot Cove had the highest per capita murder rate in the U.S. lol

At least in Midsomer Murders, the crimes are done in different villages of the same county. A year ago, I found this list of crimes committed and in which Midsomer villages:

5. Midsomer Murders is very special to me.

I have watched and rewatched it so many times.

I really wish someone who could do it justice would continue the series.

7. OH no! I feel for you!

I watch the series on You Tube. They have series 1 to series 20. I like the Film Rise production. I get offers to subscribe, but I dismiss them and there is no hassle.

8. Love the series.

I recall an episode in which one of the young Detective Sergeants noted that for a quiet country shire, there seem to be a lot of murders. One or the other DCI Barnabys replied "It has been commented upon."

14. Just watched for the first time - Season 1 Ep1. It was

very good, but I have never seen a tv show that ran two hours. Most movies are only about 1h45m.

16. I am in the middle of binge-watching Midsomer Murders as well!

I am so addicted to that show! This is my second time around, but it's been so long, it's all new to me again. It's pure escapism. The settings alone are just a dream. I love everything about that show!
