Speaking of Johnny Crawford: In grade seven I had a crush on a girl in my home room. I quickly

realized however that any attempt at wooing her was doomed to failure when I saw this photo on the inside cover of her three ring binder:

1. i thought he had passed awhile back. When trump** came into office i swore off all news

..and cancelled all my newspapers. I filled my days watching all the westerns on MeTv and really came to enjoy them (except for the violence). The Rifleman was one of my favs because of the father son talk at the end and the musical score that went with that moment.

Godspeed, Johnny...

2. Ha ha there you go. Teenage heartthrob. He was only a couple years older than I am

Now when I watch the reruns, I realize he really was a pretty good little actor and a hell of a horseman

5. I had a crush on a girl in the 8th grade...

She actually agreed to go to the Junior High School Prom with me, albeit grudgingly. She was very pretty, and I was very strung out for the entire date because I was so nervous.

She grew up to be a heroin addict. I suspect she's dead now.

The last really big crush I had was on the woman I married. It's an ongoing crush of several decades now.
