What do you think of this place for sale with a network of caves attached?

It's a feature that's a little out of the ordinary, that's for sure.

1. Nice wood floors!

I think it is kind of a neat place...I like unique homes. $550K? That's a steal. If that house were in my town it would be well over a million dollars.

4. And if it were in Hong Kong, and had a good view, it'd be worth $50,000,000 ...

It's all about location

Hi Mama

Location is key...I’d take MT over Hong Kong! View or no...

2. Perfect for the right person(s). Say, preppers, or wine enthusiasts. Otherwise, kinda creepy.

That’s a hell of a lot more house than you can get for the money around Eugene, Oregon.

3. It would be interesting to know why...

...the caves are part of the house. The Zillow description does not say.

10. And I'm a caveman

Descendant of the Neanderthals. Still carry my club around. Would feel right at home dwelling in the caves!

Spacious, nice light, good wood, low maintenance exterior and yard. Place is a bargain.

get a good arc on a football pass or make a free throw inside a tunnel though.

Ultimate man cave.

20. Wish I could afford it.

Wish it was in Maryland.

I'd use that cave as a grotto/ heathen ritual area.

The history is fascinating.
