Dog scared of thunderstorm seeks refuge in closet fort

1. Cute----my dog used to go behind the toilet and hunker down. Obviously she

was not afraid of lightning.

2. My cat runs to my bedroom bathroom and hides in the shower..

I put his thunder shirt on and he feels less scared comes out and sits on me and won't leave my side until the thunder stops.

4. I'm lucky, none of my 3 spoiled rescues are scared of thunderstorms.

Unless, of course, there's a particularly close lightning strike then the CRRRRRRRACK and/or KABOOM makes all of us leap out of our chairs or bed then we have to peel ourselves off the ceiling.

5. That dog needs a kennel

Some dogs just love having a kennel or crate to go hide out in from time to time.
