try to get the tweet's joke? below. But first, my twisted take:

I see the naming of the kid as at least potentially a DIG, a preempting of the names, one-upmanship at the "royal" relatives. The "royals" have no power over their supposed "subjects," so all they can do is to bow or snub one another in the pecking order game.
