my favorite show now. It's quite different to watch it knowing who the killer is.
I'll still watch it. I love the scenery and characters.

(34,133 posts)It's an older series and has John Nettles as the title character. Bergerac ran from 1981 to 1991 and is set on Jersey.

According to this page, Britbox only has seasons 1-3, 5-9.

(212 posts)Midsumer murders compelled me to go to the uk and see for myself. Now, 25 years later, i use every prolonged weekend to hop over and truly enjoy those gardens, the countryside and the people. It's even more wow in real life

(35,643 posts)It counts in my top 3 of the series we've enjoyed.
My all-time fave is Doc Martin. Then Midsomer and after that, Breaking Bad.
I've been thinking about watching it again, too. It's the gardens and scenery that I so enjoy, but also the main character.
Thanks for the tip upthread about Bergerac!
