5. Okay. I understood all of the individual words, but that phrase means NOTHING to me!

- no, on second thought, don't explain. The few times I've been stuck with the only choice being $tarbuck$, they didn't understand the words "small coffee". It's a foreign language I've never studied and apparently English is one they're not familiar with.

Double Caramel - Meaning I want extra Caramel added to my drink
Mocha - I want Mocha Flavor added to my drink
Latte - I want espresso with steamed low-fat soy milk (that's the skinny soy)
Venti - that's the size I want.
