I was able to give Mittens the Kitten another quick scritch, this morning

Thought I'd best be specific so no one, ever again, questions why Id be fondling Willard Romney.

Also off to the vet with the kittens. Morgan ate a little, this morning, but since they are almost due for another vaccination, I'd rather take them in now and err on the side of caution with Morgan.

2. The vet said not to worry. Sometimes kittens just don't feel like eating

He checked her over, took her temp, and said she seems fine, but if it keeps up, then bring her back in.

They got their 2nd deworming and their rabies shot, today, along with a flea treatment. He was VERY please with their progress and even asked about their siblings. He was so pleased when I told them about Cinder and Smokey now living in Chicago and that they had been to the vet, yesterday.

The big shock is that Madoc weighs more than Morgan! Not by much, but he was far smaller than her, earlier. I wonder if his dad might just be Bruiser, which would mean that Madoc could grow into a sizable cat!

4. She did some nibbling, yesterday.

She acts like she wants to eat, sniffs, tastes, maybe eats a bit and then walks away. I guess I'll be opening a variety of kitten food cans, today, to see which one she will eat.

I do realize that getting those shots, yesterday, might have affected her behavior. Even Madoc ate a little less than usual and they really wanted to nap. If she doesn't do better today, I'm taking her back, tomorrow. I'm going to try a stage 1 meat baby food, today.
