On the streets of 2021 America?
Not as funny because there are literally millions of fools who believe that stuff for no reason at all.

I actually find it massively disturbing and I used to be one to go all in on ridiculous lampooning of the truth through exaggerated comedy.

Any joke that requires a disclaimer or clarifying pictograph has either missed the mark, misread the times, or both; but in this case, I think the real issue is not the humor (I pray) or even the attempt to lampoon the adherents of such things...it is the climate we live in has been so dumbed down that something like this even has a remote chance of being believed or adopted in the mind of some disturbed people.

I get that this HAS to be someone snarking on the Q-crowd and anti-vaxxers, but the fact that those marks themselves don't seem to be in on or getting the joke is what worries me the most...hopefully I am misreading this and my coffee just needs to kick in!

And, that the owner of the van is mocking conspiracy theorists. Unfortunately, there are probably kooks out there who believe this kind of nonsense.

covered in bird spikes? A drone wouldn't care?

Also thanks Reagan for killing mental health funding in the USA. This person obviously needs some.

The drones refuel in a nearby berry tree, then leave purple droppings on my white car. Damn government drones!

Maybe the cat-haters will relax a bit if it turns out that cats are only catching government drones. I hope all those little metal and plastic parts don't make them sick.
