Is it legal to resell beer?

Near my house at the corner mart Pabst is $7 for 12 cans and $10 for 18 cans. At the trendy beer bar near the beach the sell it OUT OF THE FREAKIN CAN for $5 each. I wish I could set up a Food Truck that served draft beer or a beer stand.

oh hell no

it's probably not legal to sell it on the street, unless your in new orleans, but you could probably sell it at events with the proper permits. the local roller derby team sells cans of beer at their bouts and the sertoma club sells it at our big local festival.
