A nice thing just happend at the vet.

I took Marty in because he seems to be having a hard time with his hips, don't know if him and Andy were roughhousing or he's developing 'big dog problems.

While we were waiting, a lady with a kitty in obvious difficulty entered the office. After realizing how hurt the Kitty was, everybody volunteered to step back one place in line a give the lady, who herself was having a rough time, and her kitty immediate access to the vet. I don't know the outcome, but was good to see everyone's concern and spontaneous kindness.

I'm still tearing up over it all.

I haven't had any good visits since our vet passed away a few years ago. The place is terrible now and I really need to find a new one.

I like to hear stories about people being understanding this way.

There's only one clinic in town which does pet cremations. I took in my Smoky rabbit after he passed, & I was upset, & the lady in front of me in line figured out what the situation was & immediately stepped aside. And as I was leaving, she gave me condolences.

Sometimes strangers give the kindest messages. Thank you for doing what YOU did!
