I also like old stuff. For me, really, the major issue is the overly bright colors.

Believe it or not there are tons of houses like that. New Jersey is full of them. (Not to slight NJ, but its true.) Im astonished at some houses that are 1 mil+ that are perfectly awful. Im pretty sure I saw that same living room yesterday. 😂 Money doesnt buy taste.

There appears to be a very old radiator in the back so it may have a heritage there. Or just a taste for funky & old. I love the window rotunda sadly it is blocked by a pump organ of all things.
I'll give major award for the lack of giant flat screen.
