Rep Swalwell returns mis-delivered gift card to rightful owners.

"Does anyone know an Emma and Erick living in a basement apartment in DC? A gift card was sent to them but arrived in my DC mail. Only return info I have is “Grandma.” I’d like to get it to them!"

You just KNOW that he is the best representative of his constituents that he knows how to be. Massive kudos for not just this gesture, but everything he does.
