Just watched a Betty White special on PBS

An old program, most of the guests have long left us.

But at the end there was a clip from a Hallmark 2011 movie: The Lost Valentine where White is quite serious and touching and my heart went to her character.

Thank you so much for the heads up. I was watching a documentary on Hulu and when I saw your post I immediately went to one of my PBS channels and found that it comes on at 10 (California time). I DVR'd it.

I remember in the earlier years on DU we would often have a "west coast alert."

But now when many programs can be watched on demand there is no need for it.
