7. Our boy cat would wait for my husband every morning

When my husband came out of the bedroom, our huge black kitty would do a somersault over my husband's foot, then over the other, each step through the hall. My husband was always tickled at the greeting, and was always careful not to step on the boy as he rolled through his ritual.

Miss that a lot.

8. What a love! I've had 2 runts (at different times) and they both had BIG personalities.

Both were real characters, very affectionate and attached to me. I wish cats would live forever, in real life (and not just in my heart).

14. My late cat Milo, my soul-cat, who passed away on 6/22/20,

would launch himself right at my torso when he wanted to be held, rather than wait for me to pick him up. I think he and his roomcat Jeoffry, who passed a month before Milo, still haunt my house - I keep seeing one or the other out of the corner of my eye. I really miss being leapt at.
