The Twilight Bubble has shattered.

I thought that Robert Pattinson looked unhappy in a lot of the latest pap shots with Stewart.

Photos have surfaced.

Run down on what's going on is here:

Kristen Stewart cheats: the details and the pattern?
The US Weekly article is really good dish. And very, very detailed.

As I mentioned earlier, for someone who jumps into a dumpster every time there’s a pap around, this was so incredibly careless. And, like, super teenage styles. Kristen Stewart took a call from Rupert Sanders while she was in her car. She picked him up in a shady neighbourhood. They drove around, messing around, for a while looking for a place to park and make out. Jesus.

They were pawing each other in her Mini for a while parked in a deserted lot. (OK I used to do this when I was 22 too.) This went on in the front seat. He, um, was “kissing her entire body”. Then they decided to go somewhere else and pick it up at a new location. You can read more about that in the magazine. For now, just consider how it would feel to be his wife, Liberty, seeing these pictures and having to assess her marriage.

And let’s not make the conversation about the photographer either. You handed him that opportunity. You were the architect of this story. Also...this doesn’t seem like a one-time “fleeting moment”...?

Article with Stewart's comment:

Edited because ABCNews did a better job of reporting her response:

Kristen Stewart Apologizes for Cheating on Robert Pattinson

Kristen Stewart apologized today for cheating on her boyfriend of three years, her “Twilight” co-star Robert Pattinson, with her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director, Rupert Sanders.

“I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected,” she said in a statement to People. “This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry.”

Sanders, 41, is married to model Liberty Ross, 33. They have two children together.

Us Weekly first reported Stewart and Sanders’ affair. The magazine featured a photo of Sanders kissing Stewart on its latest cover.

A lot of young girls are going to grow up today and realize their fantasy worlds have real consequences. Stewart will just be the first of them.

She's nothing more than Neve Campbell for the new Millennium and well Neve's career died out after Party of Five and Scream.

he was able to bring out the only real acting I've seen her do in a fantasy role. (She is much better in dramas)

So it's ALL MY FAULT!

Pattinson has alot to get him down of late. His ex-buddy, Andrew Garfield, said he didn't have acting abilities. I think he was just a wee bit jealous because he hadn't yet been discovered by the profitable American market. With Spiderman, and Pattinson's latest girlfriend betrayal, it will be interesting to see if they resume that friendship.

This can only get better for Pattinson who has a devoted fan club that now will want him to succeed in his career.

For Stewart, we shall see. It might be the thing she needed to bring her feet back to the ground, or she'll get very jaded and go down the Lindsay Lohan path.

And she did a movie with that lead from the Sopranos - just awful. I also remember her from the Panic Room and even there she was annoying.

If you ever watched Neve Campbell she had this breathy, biting the lips, huffy type acting like each word she says she has to think about it before they come out. Stewart does the same exact thing and it's annoying - very one dimensional.

I thought Patterson was good in 'Water for Elephants' and he was working with 2 Oscar winners in that movie.

She did too much of it in Twilight.

Who knows what this experience will do for her? She has an introspective personality, so it can go in either direction. Either it will make her appreciate the stability of a normal existence, or it may ruin her if she blocks it out and gets too apathetic. Her career was just skyrocketing that she needed something to bring her down to earth. The Icarus Effect.

What could she have done differently? I don't know what Joan Jett was like when she was younger. From what I picked up from the talk shows, she wasn't quite the Joan Jett we knew. She was still dealing with self-confidence issues, like any young person would.

Very nice young lady who clearly made a horrible error in judgement (yeah, right).
