still have not received the tests. Revisiting that website will just confirm your address has already been utilized for an order. There is nothing further to do...just sit tight

Already ordered from here. Never got an email with delivery information tho

as though the shipping and delivery info arrives just a day or two ahead of the actual tests. I haven't received any info other than the confirmation of order when first placed, but I think that's the norm rather than the exception at this point.

I used the USPS Order # in the email.
You can search USPS by that, even though it's not a tracking number.
Anyway, I got a message that said tests were being shipped out at the end of January.
So if you, like me, ordered a few days after the start, it appears the first couple weeks was just wait time.
Those earliest ordering folks got their shipments, but they must have reorganized the logistics and held off shipping for a week or more.
Like you, we're still waiting.

Not necessarily so. I (and many others) ordered on 1/18 - the early opening day for orders - and have not yet received even a notification of shipment. Some who ordered later have already received the tests. There doesn't seem to be an answer as to who receives what, when.

I've seen posts here from folks that ordered the 1st or 2nd day & got their shipment.
I incorrectly assumed that waiting until the 3rd or 4th day (or beyond) was the cause.

Ordered Jan 18th. Got a message that stated they received our order BUT they are STILL not shipped. Tried contacting them, and all i get is " according to our records, you already ordered these". Guess nothing can be done about this.

And really need those tests.

Maybe call your clinic, and explain your problem.

I wish tests had been mailed out much earlier

I had ordered first thing on 1/18 - the early day - and hadn't heard anything after receiving the Confirmation.

USPS e-mail states my order will arrive by Tuesday, 2/8.

Ordered the day ahead on the "trial run" day. Got a confirmation, but nothing else.

We've done what we can on our side, now it's in the hands of the USPS. Looks like the distribution circle is beginning to widen. You'll probably hear soon.
