Corn starch packing peanuts....

I just dump them in the kitchen sink and turn the sprayer on them.

Kid grabbed one and ate it. (Not much flavor)

those are actually better for packing than corn starch

... and touch it to a bit of the packing noodle, you can stick them together. Make sculptures, then dissolve them: hours of fun!
